Efficiency Manager Job Description:
• Monitor work in process operations and provide production documentation.
• Provide corrective action on a pro-active basis for all non-normal activities causing poor production or quality.
• Implement new work procedures and maintain existing ones
• Find efficient ways to reduce cycle times and downtime.
• Reduce cost/manpower needs.
• Proactively maintain the Quality hold areas.
• Provide timely reporting for inventory needs, manpower, corrective actions.
• Provide safe and efficient job setups with reduced times.
Efficiency Manager Requirements:
• 5 – 10 years+ experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word, AS400.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Basic machine repair and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Awareness of general safety procedures and Quality Control.

Efficiency Manager Wages:
• Wage will be commensurate with experience
• Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
